Election '14 and the Internet

The attached document sets out InternetNZ thinking on seven key issues facing the Internet, and poses some questions for those debating the future of Internet policy to consider. We have focused on an approach designed to encourage informed debate, not the creation of a wish-list.
Topics covered: domestic connectivity (UFB and RBI); overseas connectivity and data caps; fair intellectual property law; surveillance and privacy; government's role in the ICT industry; business use of the Internet and productivity; and human rights online.
