Copyright law and policy in the Asia Pacific conference

The theme for the copyright law and policy in the Asia Pacific conference is deliberately broad in scope to encourage presentations addressing the diverse interests of copyright users, owners and policymakers in the region.

Areas for discussion include (but are not limited to) the scope of the permitted exceptions, the location and regulation of online communications to the public, local jurisdiction over foreign infringements, enforcement mechanisms in domestic copyright law, etc.
