New Zealand Internet Research Forum (NZIRF)

NZIRF 2017 - Wednesday 8 November at Auckland's Aotea Centre

The New Zealand Internet Research Forum (NZIRF) is organised by InternetNZ in collaboration with the research community. The Forum brings together people from a range of sectors involved with or interested in Internet research. Attendees share perspectives, discuss potential collaborations and most importantly help build a research network community that benefits New Zealanders.

The 2017 NZIRF will be held the day before NetHui 2017 at the same location. We are now taking Expressions of Interest for sessions. Please fill out the form below if you'd like to facilitate a workshop, or have an idea for a session.

NZIRF 2017 process

InternetNZ held four discussions in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and the Waikato to consult with the research community on their ideas for the 2017 NZIRF and follow-up actions from NZIRF 2016. You can read the feedback from these sessions here.

The Expression of Interest process will close in August, when we will open formal registrations and begin programme planning. Please note all attendees must adhere to the NZIRF Code of Conduct.
