Technical support information
During business hours
Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday - 08:30-17:30.
The preferred approach for contacting the registry is via e-mail to registry@internetnz.net.nz. We will respond to registrar queries within one business day where it is practical to do so.
- Office Phone: (64 4) 931-6970
- Registrars (Only): If you are unable to contact the Registry via the registry support line after two attempts, please call: (64 4) 496-4697
Your call will be taken by a call centre operator who will request your contact details. These will be passed on to the Registry Support, who will then respond to your call on the number given to the operator. An escalation process is in place to ensure that your message is passed on. You can expect a response to your call within 15 minutes.
Note: all calls to the call centre are recorded. If you are a registrant with a domain query please contact your Registrar. To find out who your registrar is or for a list of authorised registrars please go to the Domain Name Commission website.
Outside business hours
