InternetNZ held its Annual General Meeting last night, and our members elected two Councillors for a three-year term.
Five highly professional candidates were competing for the Councillors positions. The votes have now been scrutinised, and we are happy to confirm the two successful placements.
My congratulations to Amber Craig, who was re-elected for her third term on the Council. We are looking forward to working with you on rural connectivity, engaging with diverse Māori communities and other challenges that will arise.
My warmest welcome to the Council newcomer aimee whitcroft. We need your diverse skills and passions and hope to get better, keep growing, dig deeper and fly higher together.
We are pleased to see a competitive race for the council positions - thanks to everyone who put their name forward.
I would like to say thank you to outgoing Councillors Richard Wood, Kelly Buehler and Keith Davidson. It has been a pleasure to work with you on the Council. Thank you for the contributions you have each made to InternetNZ so far through these roles - and others - over the years.
